We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@mayredpathway.website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
